Brass Band Summer School (hereinafter: "we" or "BBSS") attaches great importance to the privacy of all users of BBSS and ensures that the personal information that you share with us is treated confidentially. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data.

Which personal data do we process?

We offer the possibility to order an online energy contract and have it delivered to an address specified by you. For our online services we can collect your data in the following ways:

• Data provided by you
  We collect order information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and payment information when you place an order with us. If necessary, we collect the names and addresses of those for whom the order is intended. We also collect the files that you upload and / or use on our products. We also collect your name and e-mail address if you enter it on the website by registering for our newsletter. If you contact our customer service (online, by e-mail or telephone) we also collect information about you.
• Data that we collect automatically
  We also collect data based on your use of our services and based on your visit to our website (s). For example, we collect the date and time of your visit to our website (s), which pages you visit and which web browser you use for this.

Why do we process that personal data?

We use your data for various purposes. We use data received from you, but also data collected by ourselves.

• Customer service
  To help you, you can call or chat with us. We use your data and make and save notes to help you quickly. Handy if you need our help again.
• Newsletters
  
You can sign up for our newsletter. You will then be kept informed of all our news, promotions and services. We have general and personal newsletters. We compile the personal newsletters based on your data, such as previous orders. That makes the newsletter more interesting for you. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, click on the unsubscribe link that you can find at the bottom of the email.
• Improvement of website(s) and service
  We are constantly improving our services. That is why we can use your data to ask you if you want to participate in a no-obligation customer or market survey.
• Fraud

  We use customer data to investigate, prevent and combat fraud. If this is required on the basis of a legal obligation, we provide customer data to the government or an investigative body.

  Of course you can see which personal data we process about you. We are happy to tell you more about how and why we process that data.

  Do you think we have the wrong information from you? Then let us know and we will adjust it.

  You can remove the personal data that we have from you. This means that placing an order is no longer possible. In addition, we may still have to process that data for administration, for example.
• Constraint
  If you think that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also limit that processing.
• Objection
  You can lodge an objection for the processing of your personal data.
• Transferability
  You can request to transfer your personal data.
  It is also possible to view your data yourself, including your personal data, via your account and to change this via the website. To do this, click My Account.

Retention periods

We do not store personal data for longer than necessary.
Basis of processing
As stated above, we process some data for:
• performing a legal obligation;
• the execution of an agreement;
• carrying out the legitimate interest of BBSS: processing, producing and sending your order (s).

Third recipients

We will not simply provide your personal data to third parties, unless this is required by law. We only make your information available to companies that are involved in the performance of our services. This can be, for example, a company that is involved in the payment and financial settlement of your order or the delivery service that delivers your order. These are not 'third party recipients' but processors. Our employees, processors and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data and the content of this privacy statement.
