Sam Milton is an accomplished percussionist best known for his role as Principal Percussionist with the Brighouse and Rastrick Band.

Whether performing as a soloist or in a band setting at major contests or live concerts, his command of the full range of percussion instruments - from tuned mallet parts to complex kit and auxiliary work - has earned him respect among peers and audiences alike.

A dynamic and skilled performer, Sam brings energy, precision, versatility and direction to the BBSS percussion section, contributing significantly to each band’s performance. 

Sam has been part of the BBSS staff since 2023. We are delighted to have him on board, leading the percussion section and providing expert support and guidance to our percussion delegates.
